All local ingredients produced in Western Australia - most right here in our garden in Korrelocking (Wheatbelt, WA).
 
How spicy is this? Ahh - hard to say! I can eat it by the teaspoon, my fiance delicately pastes it on everything - and no hiccups yet! I would label it as spicy with absolutely addictive taste. Heavy on the ginger and lemongrass, delicious chilli tingle and all based on an oven roasted tomato and garlic base.
 
Our sambal jars are 120ml - use them all up fresh instead of storing half eaten large old jars in your fridge or pantry! Bring your old jars back for $1 off each new jar purchased.
